Research Abstract |
Towards to the neutron crytallographic analysis, crystallization of large crytals and neutron diffraction data collection were carried out, and we succeeded to determine the neutron crystal structure of transthyretin. Neutron structure revealed the structural stability and molecular pH sensitivity, related to the amyloid fibril formation.
