Research Abstract |
To explore candidate genes associated with ooplasmic function, we compared gene expression profile of GV oocytes derived from XX female with those derived from XY sex-reversed female. Transcripts of 92 genes showed>5-fold differences, including with BMP15, as known as essential gene for normal oocyte development.
