Research Abstract |
Stereoselective synthesis of the tricyclic decahydrofluorene core(ABC-ring system) of GKK1032s has been accomplished. All attempt for the construction of 13-membered ring of the target compounds(intramolecular Mitsunobu reaction, intramolecular Reformatsky reaction, intramolecular Still coupling reaction, ring closing metathesis, and intramolecular Friedel. Crafts reaction) was failed.
