Research Abstract |
To define the physiological function of Rassf1c protein, we used gene targeting in mouse embryonic stem cells to generate protein Rassf1c knockout mice. The knockout mice showed significant growth retardation. These results suggest that the ability of mice to repair Rassf1c proteins is essential for normal growth.
