Research Abstract |
We have investigated the cell-death mechanisms of necrosis and apoptosis induced by this anti-tumor drug. We found that the nuclear inner membrane protein lamin-B1, the cytoplasmic intermediate filament-protein cytokeratin-19, and the transcription factor may have key roles in regulating cell-death morphology.
