Research Abstract |
This study established a method which achieved effective transgene expression in primary microglia from neonatal rat forebrain using lentiviral vectors possessing iba1 promoter and transgenes. In addition, this study revealed that two chemokine, CCL2 and CCL3, are upregulated by activation of P2Y12 receptor in primary microglia.
