Research Abstract |
We clarified (1) IRS expression by Hsp90 ; (2) up-regulation of Nav1.7 by GSK-3β inhibition ; (3) IGF-I-induced homologous regulation of IGF-I receptor expression via GSK-3βand mTOR ; and (4) decrease of phosphorylated tau via GSK-3β inhibition by Na+ influx-induced activations of PI3K-Akt and PKC-α-ERK/p38 pathways.
