Research Abstract

L-PIPase(leucine-rich phosphoinositide phosphatase)is a phospholipid-metabolizing enzyme. We found a protein X as a binding partner of L-PIPase. We investigated the participation of L-PIPase in inflammatory cytokine processing through the interaction of L-PIPase with protein X.
