Research Abstract |
TRB family member TRB1 was expressed in hepatoblast fraction inE14 fetal liver of mouse. Overexpression of TRB1 induced suppression of hepatocytedifferentiation marker TAT. In contrast, hepatocyte differentiation marker expression wasincreased in fetal liver of TRB1 deficient mouse. Luciferase assay revealed that TRB1inhibits C/EBPα transcriptional activity in a dose dependent manner.
