Research Abstract

In my project, I have no progression in the field of TRIM25 function. So I performed the functional analyses of ubiquitin ligases other than TRIM25. From these analyses, I identified the new function of C-terminal region of RNF125, which is ubiquitin ligase regulating type-I interferon production.
