| Research Abstract |
This study examined the reliability and validity of the Japanese version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA-J) and Group Type assessment scale of Five cognitive tests (The 5-Cog tests) in older Japanese. When MCI and the early Alzheimer type dementia were discriminated, high sensitivity and the specificity were shown in MoCA-J. In There were high reliability and validity in The 5-Cog tests. Moreover, Sensitivity and the specificity that exceeded it more than MMSE in the discrimination of the older whose Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) is 0.5 were shown.
