Research Abstract

It is difficult to prove old bruise macroscopically. We tried to diagnose old bruise by ultraviolet imaging. As a result, this study indicated that ultraviolet radiation of the neighborhood of 390nm was appropriate to visualize old bruise. And it was recognized that a yellow factor (by a spectrophotometrical colorimetry) of bruise show by ultraviolet clearly. Further study is needed to establish the method of an ultraviolet photography.
