Research Abstract |
We developed bio-absorbable nanoparticles which has efficacy drug delivery system. Furthermore, fluorescent marker incorporated nanoparticles were administrated into balloon injured rabbit and porcine coronary arteries using an infusion catheter system. Nanoparticles were observed and retentive until up to 28 days. Drug incorporated nanoparticles significantly attenuated neointimal formation as compared with vehicle control group.
