Research Abstract

We investigated the role of c-Abl in a cardiomyocyte hypertrophy signaling on cardiac remodeling in response to angiotensin II provocation. The cAbl may be an important modulator for Angiotensin II induced cardiac hypertrophy, and further investigations were needed.
