Research Abstract |
By stimulating with cytokines, peripheral B cells of multiple sclerosis produced oligoclonal IgG bands while B cells of neuromyelitis optica produced anti-aquaporin-4 antibodies. Serum BAFF level was indicated as an important factor for antibody production in these diseases.
