Research Abstract |
It remains unknown effects of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on FGF23 expression/secretion in bone tissue. I therefore examined those effects using supernatants, mRNA and protein from human osteoblast culture. However, I couldn't observe the alteration of expression/secretion because FGF23 was not expressed in human osteoblasts we used.
