Research Abstract |
I confirmed that cultured melanoma cells expressed RIG-I protein by IFN-βstimulation. Moreover, the levels of the IFN-β-induced RIG-I expression was dependent on the types of melanoma cell lines. It is necessary to identify intracellular signals via RIG-I in various melanoma cells.
