Research Abstract |
We detected the distribution of mtDNA deficient neurons with loss of mitochondrial proteins in transgenic mice expressing neuron-specific mutant mitochondria DNA polymerase by immunohistochemistry with antibodies against mtDNA-encoded or nuclear-encoded mitochondrial proteins.
