Research Abstract

We showed that histone deacetylase inhibitor SAHA induced apoptosis against parental drug-sensitive Ewing's sarcoma cells, however induced autophagic cell death against multidrug-resistant cells which was resistant to the apoptosic signals. Furthermore, we showed that SARA exhibited the antitumor effect against the animal model of multidrug-resistant Ewing's sarcoma.
