Research Abstract |
To improve the effectiveness of therapies in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas(HNSCCs), it is important to identify biomarkers related to clinical gain. In this research, we found dominancy of nonsense mutations in Japanese HNSCCs compared with other previous reports in the world. However, EGFR mutations, EGFR variant type III, ALK mutations, EML4-ALK fusions were not found in all the cases.
