Research Abstract

To regenerate trachea, it is essential to understand the tracheal development. However, little is known about the tracheal development.
Basic-helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor is reported to participate in somite genesis in embryogenesis. The study indicated that bHLH gene regulates tracheal development.
