Research Abstract |
We established the human vitreous tissue-derived cell strain to investigate the relationship between vitreous derived cells and intraocular proliferative diseases. Inflammatoly cytokines increased in intraocular proliferative diseases induced the hyaluronan production regulation on porcine vitreous derived cells. These cells also enhance the proliferation of the vascular endothelial cells on co-culture system.
