Research Abstract |
To estimate suppression of Mitf by small interfering RNA induces dedifferentiation of chick embryonic retinal pigment epithelium at multiple conditions of siRNA concentrations. In every conditions of siRNA concentration, expression of αβ-Crystallin was not suppressed. To dedifferentiated chick retinal pigment epithelium completely, some factors could be needed to suppress.
