Research Abstract

下肢静脈瘤に対する硬化療法においては使用される硬化剤であるポリドカノールの到達範囲が臨床において簡便にみる方法がないことが問題である。我々はポリドカノールにインドシアニングリーンを添加しLED励起蛍光造影法を用いることで被曝なく外来にてポリドカノールの到達範囲を確認する方法を検討した。
これまでの経過でポリドカノールとインドシアニングリーンの混合によって新たな化合物の生成は疑われていない。また蛍光強度の検討により至適混合比が決定された。
本年度はこれに従って臨床治験を行いその実効性を検証する予定であったが、中途に研究代表者が国外に転出することになったため完了できていない。
