Research Abstract |
Adiponectin transgenic mice were improved survival rate with septic shock compared to wild type mice. Furthermore adiponectin anti-sense transgenic mice, low adiponectin mice were worsened survival rate. Adiponectin suppressed inflammatory signaling in cells involving with septic shock progression.
