Research Abstract |
In this study, we examined the expression and activity of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway molecules in mesenchymal progenitor cells(ROB-C26). Immunocytochemical analysis and gene-silencing experiments revealed that the inhibition of β-catenin expression by Dex promotes the differentiation of mesenchymal progenitor cells into adipocytes.
