Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is predict alveolar bone resorption using bone metabolism marker. To execute this predictive diagnostics, using computer X-ray tomography, blood test and urine test before and after teeth extraction. In result, there were no positive facts in bone metabolism marker NTX, which we thought for target, among individuals. In case of patients who had periodontal disease, increase of bone metabolism marker NTX related alveolar bone resorption.
