Research Abstract |
POEM(pre-osteoblast epidermal growth factor-like repeat protein with meprin, A5 protein, and receptor protein-tyrosine phosphatase μ domain) gene expression was suppressed by TGF-β via ERK1/2 and JNK. To investigate function of POEM in osteoblasts and bone formation, we determined start point transcription.
