Research Abstract |
It became clear that the nurse who experienced a patient's suicide looks back upon his action, to look back upon a patient's condition, and to harness experience in practice. In a nurse's postvention, it became clear that it is important to secure that individual responsibility is not demanded and to support so that it can participate for turning round in consideration of time.
