Research Abstract |
This research project aims to introduce empirical research methods to public law studies and explore theoretical framework in Japan. For those purposes, I weigh several research methods used in the political science and legal studies in the United States to apply those analytical frameworks to legal cases in Japan. In addition, I ascertain what previous researches could achieved or not and consider the current of the Supreme Court of Japan.
