Research Abstract

This research reveals the details of formation and the change process of 'NC Network' and 'Migakiya Syndicate' which are B-to-B sites for SMEs. The main factors of appearance of these sites are collapse of Keiretsu, globalization of economics, and diffusion of IT. On the other hand, these sites have to change their business system in order to utilize capability of registered companies.
