Research Abstract |
Spermatogonia-specific ss-TrCP knockout mice showed impairment of spermatogenesis. I observed reduction of the weight of testis to leb than 30% compared to that of control mice and histopathological abnormality with cavitation. On the other hand, sertoli cells specific knockout mice showed little effect on spermatogenesis. These data suggest that ss-TrCP play a critical role during spermatogenesis.
