We characterized the multiple host factors involved in actin reorganization play roles in the internalization of Ebolavirus viral particles. We also found that the internalization of viral particles was associated with actin-dependent membrane ruffling, suggesting that Ebolavirus particles are internalized in the identified host factors-dependent manner.
