Research Abstract

1. TLR3 recognizes the nucleic acid which is produced during CVB3's replication.
2. IRF family transcription factors are activated and induce the type II IFN mRNA in down stream of TLR3 signaling pathway.
3. Type II IFN is produced by CD11b positive macrophages in TLR3 dependent manner.
