Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、日本の代表的な土壌である黒ボク土と褐色森林土に、各種の炭素源化合物を添加し、土壌中のリンの形態別含量の追跡、土壌中の炭素・可給態窒素・可給態リンの含量の測定と化学量論の検証、土壌微生物群集構造の変化と多様性の解析、活性化される遺伝子の予測メタゲノム解析による推定と検証を行う。これにより、土壌の微生物多様性に大きな撹乱を与えることなく、土着の微生物機能の活性化によりリン循環が増大するような炭素源添加条件を見出すとともに、その生態学的メカニズムを明らかにする。
