Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の戦略目標は４つである。

1) 黒毛和種のiPS細胞の効率的作製のため、最適化遺伝子セットの解明　2) 得られたiPS細胞の幹細胞としての性質を明らかにする。特にX染色体の活性化状態に
関し解明　3) 全遺伝子の網羅的解析から黒毛和種のiPS細胞の特徴を遺伝子レベルで解明　4) 始原生殖細胞へ誘導　である。
