| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究 は、「臓器移植(肝、肺、腎、膵)、造血幹細胞移植において、X、Y の免疫原性を実証す るとともに HLA エピトープ解析に基づいた移植後免疫反応に関わる新規バイオマーカー開 発」を目的とした。具体的には後方視的にエピトープ解析と臨床情報から臓器横断的に 免疫原性の高いエピトープ候補を抽出し、前方視的に X、Y を含む1で抽出されたエピ トープの免疫原性をリンパ球混合試験と臨床転帰から実証すると共に、マスサイトメトリ ーを用いた次世代型解析により移植後免疫反応に関わる新規バイオマーカーを探索する。
