Outline of Research at the Start

航空機・宇宙機産業において部品の大型化が著しい．しかし加工機の制約から，大型の部品を分割して加工することが一般的である．本研究では大型の部品を一体のまま，高精度で加工可能な新たな加工システムを提案する．提案加工機自体が加工部品の周囲を移動し，自身より大きなサイズの部品を加工する．しかし加工機自体が移動する場合，必然的に剛性や精度が低下する．本研究では“低剛性・低精度な加工機で高精度な加工を実現する”というコンセプトの実現を目指す．機上計測に基づく加工状態の把握と，加工工程へのフィードバックにより，目標を達成する．申請者がこれまでに開発した機上計測技術を発展・統合させ，上記システムを完成させる．
