Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、申請者らが世界的にリードしている2つの先端気象解析技術―グローバル都市気象解析と格子ボルツマン都市乱流解析―を相似理論により融合し、従来にない広域・高時空間解像度で都市街区の乱流・熱情報を準リアルタイムで予報する新しい枠組みを提案る。本手法は、実都市および屋外実験施設における観測と比較・検証するが、原理的には世界の任意のメガシティに適用可能な実用的・汎用的システムを目指す。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

課題1「気象シミュレーションに基づく都市気象変化の人為的要因分析」
申請者らの提唱する「グローバル都市気象学」で構築した人工排熱及び流体力学パラメータ(粗度・熱交換係数など)をベースに、メガシティを対象とした都市化シナリオと連動した、全球気候モデル開発を行った。また、過去の土地被覆条件を生成し、それを気象気候モデルへの入力として整備できるツールを開発した。
課題2「広域街区乱流解析データベースの作成」
建物形状、植生抵抗、地形効果を陽的に考慮した格子ボルツマン法LESモデルを用いて、東京都23区全域を対象とした、格子解像度2mの都市大気境界層乱流計算を実施し、都市街区内乱流統計量に関する大規模データベースを作成した。摩擦速度等の代表速度で無次元化することで、街区形状のみで規定される普遍的分布構造を数値シミュレーションにより示した。また、街区内風環境の風向依存性を考慮するため、一部の領域のみ16方位の風向に対するシミュレーションを実施した。定点観測情報をリファレンスとして、観測点周囲の街区内3次元風速場を診断的に得る手法を開発した。
課題3「広域街区乱流解析データベースの活用」
課題2の乱流診断システムを用いて、ドローンの力学的安定性を考慮した街路内リスク評価システムを開発した。実都市における上記評価システムの検証と改良を目的とし、大岡山キャンパスにおいて多点観測システムを構築した。課題2の診断的予測システムの精度検証を行い、上記(3)の乱流予測システムの制度検証を行った。

Reason

ドローンの調達に時間がかかったため、実際にドローンを用いての現地での飛行安定検証は最終年度に残されているが、グローバルデータベース構築・精度向上、および準実時間での街区内乱流予測システムの開発・多点計測システムによる検証については想定以上の結果が得られており、総じておおむね順調に進んでいるといえる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

調達した気象観測用ドローンを用いた飛行安定制度検証を行ったうえで、本研究課題で得られたすべての成果の論文化、データベース化、それらの国際的公表・発信、を行う。
