Outline of Research at the Start

前駆期PDモデルマウス（Brain, 2020）を基盤として、病態を忠実に再現する前駆期から発症に至るマウスを作製する。さらに発症促進因子・発症に伴う変化を解析・同定し、治療介入として異なる作用機序を持つ複数薬剤の発症遅延効果を検証する。ヒトへの応用として、健常人・PD前駆期コホートを用いて超微量αS凝集体の検出や同定した発症因子を検証することにより、前駆期PDのバイオマーカーを確立する。
