This study investigates issues regarding how to manage talented non-family staff in family firms in Japan and Taiwan by adopting an institutionalist's approach. Both qualitative and quantitative data will be utilized to offer a better understanding of the themes examined.

２、定性的研究に関するデータ収集を行い、データの数を増やし、データ分析を行いました。
３、定性的なデータを使用し、論文を作成しています。
４、ここまで本研究で得た成果の一部を2024年台湾国立政治大学のEMBA学生が明治大学グローバルビジネス研究科に訪問するときのセミナーで発表する予定となっています。
