Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、緩和ケア・終末期医療におけるがん患者とその家族による、療養の場所の決定を含む医療・介護方針の意思決定の過程に焦点をあてその内実を明らかにし検証することを目的とする。具体的には、在宅療養中のがん患者とその家族へインタビュー調査を行い、その考察を通じて得られた成果から、がん患者と家族が考える、医療・介護方針の意思決定の過程の意義や価値を浮かび上がらせる。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

在宅での看取りを迎えた患者と看取った家族等の現状について調査を行っている。
当該年度は、在宅（自宅）での看取りを行った家族等へのインタビュー調査を通じて、意思決定の過程とその課題を明らかにし検証を行った。
