本研究は、社会福祉施設を運営する社会福祉法人に求められている地域貢献活動の具体的な中身や方法について、それがコミュニティソーシャルワーク実践としてまちづくりや地域福祉につながるものであることを、先進事例の質的調査から明らかにするとともに、より多くの社会福祉法人が実践の力量を身につけるために必要な、理論にもとづいた実践手法を提示する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to identify the community contribution activities of social welfare corporations through an exploratory qualitative study of advanced cases and to present them as theories that contribute to practice.
It was found that three types of practices can be classified. The first is an honor student model that is oriented toward contributing to the community in all directions, involving residents, community development, responding to needs, and providing care for staff. The second model is a corporation that is oriented to respond to welfare issues through its management capabilities, and although there were few elements of community development practice, it is a model that is practicing practices that can be addressed as part of its response to the system. The third model is a corporation that has a strong leadership orientation, and under the leadership of a unique leader, is making contributions to the community as part of its community development efforts.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
社会福祉法人による公益的な取り組みが「地域共生社会」の実現には不可欠だとされる今日、社会福祉法人が地域福祉推進のステークホルダーとして位置づけられていることは間違いない。このような状況を鑑みると、その公益的な取り組みの実践手法を先進事例の分析により理論化し、実践に資するモデルとして明らかにすることは学術的にも社会的にも意義あるものと考える。
