| Outline of Research at the Start |
保育所が保護者の子育て不安や悩みを把握できたとしても、その後、保護者に対してどのように介入してよいか見通しをもてず、子育て問題が保育所内で抱え込まれ、支援が停滞するケースが存在する。子どもの健全な発達保障の観点からもこうした課題を一刻も早く解消する必要がある。
本研究は、保育所が保護者の子育て不安を把握した後の、関係機関へ支援を繋ごうとする際に潜む阻害要因と促進要因を突き止め、その構造を確認することによって、保育所と地域の関係機関の連携による新たな子育て支援の実践モデルを開発することである。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study investigated the barriers and facilitators influencing how nursery schools connect families with local support agencies and subsequently developed a model to ensure effective parenting support. It identified three conditions that promote collaboration between nursery schools and community agencies: (1) engaging with parents to better understand their needs; (2) establishing internal structures to enhance collaborative capacity; and (3) fostering mutual understanding among organizations through regular information sharing. It is posited that implementing parenting support practices grounded in these conditions may help nursery schools alleviate or resolve parental anxiety related to childrearing.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
保護者の育児不安の蓄積は虐待発生リスクを高め、子どもの発育・発達にネガティブな影響を及ぼすといった研究報告が確認される。家庭の育児を支える保育所では、保護者の育児不安をキャッチするが、地域における関係機関との連携が円滑に進まず、有効な支援が保護者に届いていない可能性が示唆される。
そこで本研究では保育所と地域の関係機関との連携に係る阻害・促進要因を突き止め、両者の円滑な連携を促す子育て支援モデルの開発を目指した。計画した研究活動を進めることによって独自の新たな支援モデルが提起された。こうした支援モデルの活用が保育所に浸透すれば、保護者の育児不安の蓄積がもたらす諸問題の解決が前進する可能性がある。
