Outline of Research at the Start

優れた特性を持つ圧電材料や磁歪材料などのスマートマテリアルを用いた新型アクチュエータはサーボ機構に利用されている事例がしばしば報告され、大変注目されている。本研究は、この種類の新型アクチュエータにおける出力と入力との関係及び出力と外部環境との関係を総合的に考察し、その動的数式モデル及び同定方法を提案することであり、さらに、これらのアクチュエータを用いたサーボ機構における体系化された制御理論を構築し、新型アクチュエータで駆動されるナノポジショナを用いて提案理論を検証することである。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2023年度において、動的ヒステリシスモデルを入力側に含む動的システムに対し、前年度で設計したデータ駆動型性能評価機構及びパラメータセルフチューニング機構をさらに最適化し、アルゴリズムを見直した。また、チューニングされたパラメータを用いた制御則を改良し、制御系の安定性を改めて解析した。それから、制御パラメータの選定問題について研究した。
続いて、これらの新しい理論に基づき、単軸ポジショナの出力位置決め制御へ応用し、計算機シミュレーションを行い、コントローラの最適パラメータを大まかに選定した。それから、実験を行い、外部条件を変えながら、提案理論の有効性・ロバスト性・実用性を検証した。さらに、従来の制御法と比較し、提案手法の利点・欠点を明らかにし、より望ましい
制御効果を実現した。
そして、提案した動的ヒステリシスモデルを入力側に含む動的システムの制御理論を干渉関係のある多入出力システムへ拡張し、データ駆動型性能評価機構及びパラメータセルフチューニング機構を構築し、ロバスト適応制御を提案し、制御系の全局安定性について解析した。ここで、計算量を減らすためにアルゴリズムを工夫した。
さらに、圧電アクチュエータで駆動されるXYテーブルに応用に、動的ヒステリシスモデルを入力側に含む多入出力動的システムの制御理論の検証に着手した。ここで、計算機シミュレーションを行い、計算量に応じ、サンプリング周期や最適パラメータの選定を研究した。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.

Reason

2023年度において、概ね当初に提出した研究計画に沿って研究を進めてきた。研究目的の研究課題3の成果を踏まえて、さらに工夫して、研究課題4のポジショナ制御に応用して、より良い実験結果を得ることができた。そして、研究課題5を取り込んで、理論的な結果を得ることができた。機器の納期は大幅に遅れることになり、実システムによる検証は行っている最中である。
研究課題3:オンライン計算量を減らす及び制御性能を保証するために、データ駆動型性能評価機構を設計し、推定パラメータのセルフチューニング機構を提案する。
研究課題4:圧電アクチュエータや超磁歪アクチュエータなどで駆動される単軸ポジショナに対し、高性能ロバスト制御を実現する。
研究課題5:提案した動的ヒステリシスモデルを入力側に含む動的システムの制御理論を干渉関係のある多入出力システムへ拡張し、実システムによって検証する。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

前年度で得られた研究課題5の理論を見直しながら、圧電アクチュエータで駆動されるXYテーブルへ応用し、実験検証を遂行していく。
研究課題5:提案した動的ヒステリシスモデルを入力側に含む動的システムの制御理論を干渉関係のある多入出力システムへ拡張し、実システムによって検証する。
