Outline of Research at the Start	本研究はヒトにおけるレジリエンス(=ストレス環境に適応し回復する能力)の個人差を司る神経生理基盤を明らかにする。これにより、従来の医師やカウンセラーの経験に依存していたストレスからの回復状態の評価に神経生理学的根拠に基づく新たな評価軸を提供することを目的とする。実験では参加者に軽微なストレスを負荷し、その経験前後の約2時間の神経生理変化をfMRI(機能的磁気共鳴画像法)とEEG(脳波)、および複数の生理指標(心拍・呼吸・瞳孔・コルチゾール・α アミラーゼ)を用いて断続的に計測し、従来より高い時空間分解能でヒトのレジリエンス差に一致した神経生理学的特徴を理解する。
