Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、2型炎症が創傷治癒と恒常性維持、アレルギー・好酸球性疾患の正・負の両面に関わっていることに注目し、そのコントロールを行っている細胞が好塩基球であるという仮説のもと、好塩基球のフェノタイプ（病原性・非病原性）を探索すること、フェノタイプを調節する因子を探ることを目的としている。特に呼吸器疾患に注目し、肺・気道における好塩基球の役割について検討を行う。
