Outline of Research at the Start

起立性低血圧(OH)の 40%は原因不明の特発性 OH である。本研究ではL-DOPA からドパミンへの変換酵素である芳香族アミノ酸脱炭酸酵素(aromatic L- amino acid decarboxylase (AADC))に対する自己免疫異常による新規低血圧疾患の病態と概念を確立することを第一目的とする”bedside to bench” 型の研究である。また、低血圧専門外来において、AADC抗体の有病率をWestern blot法で探索し、ELISAシステムの開発からAADC抗体の定量化を目指す。
