Outline of Research at the Start

近年、卵巣明細胞癌が免疫チェックポイント阻害薬に感受性を示す可能性を示唆する結果が発表され、癌細胞そのものではなく、免疫担当細胞や免疫寛容誘導機構が卵巣明細胞癌の治療標的になる可能性がある。本研究の目的は、炎症性間質における免疫担当細胞プロファイルと免疫担当細胞による卵巣明細胞癌の抗がん剤耐性機構を解明することである。卵巣明細胞癌と漿液性癌の細胞株およびマウスモデルを用いて、卵巣明細胞癌の炎症性間質を同定し、炎症性間質における免疫担当細胞の同定と比較を行う。その後、炎症性間質内の免疫細胞が免疫寛容・抗癌剤耐性化を誘導するメカニズムの検討を行う。
