Outline of Research at the Start

EVT特異的に発現するlaeverinを指標とした新たなliving CTCの検出・回収法とその解析法を確立する。また、臨床データとの関連を検証することで婦人科癌におけるCTCのバイオマーカーとしての意義を検討する。さらにlaeverin陽性CTCにおける幹細胞性および血行性転移への関与における新たな知見を得ることで、laeverin陽性CTCを標的とした新規転移抑制治療法の開発を目指す。
